Earlier this week saw another lovely prewedding shoot with time in Oxford for Clare and James. The couple first met John Fox Wedding Photography at the Milton Keynes wedding show hosted by Central Exhibitions in April 2023. After seeing John’s portfolio and discussing their wedding plans they got in touch shortly after the show and booked him for their big day.
As James is originally from Oxford the city made the perfect choice for their prewedding shoot. The session took place around one of Oxford’s most iconic landmarks the Radcliffe Camera. This striking building dating back to 1737 with its distinctive circular shape and classical architecture provided a beautiful backdrop for relaxed portraits. The surrounding cobbled streets historic colleges and peaceful quads gave the couple plenty of stunning spots to capture natural images ahead of the wedding.
Clare and James are to be married in just a few months’ time at the magnificent Tortworth Court in Gloucestershire. A Victorian mansion surrounded by landscaped grounds and centuries-old trees it offers a truly grand setting for their wedding. The prewedding shoot gave them the chance to get used to being in front of the camera while creating some personal images in a location close to James’s heart.
